## Notice

The contract will be a ?0 value framework for a period of 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 years. The portfolio of major and minor projects scope has been split in to two separate Lots; o Lot 1 - Project Management o Lot 2 - Retail Fit Out. Bidders may submit pricing for either or both lots. LLAO reserve the right to award to one or both lots and to source outside of the framework if the business requires further competition.
