The Framework is split into the following lots: Lot A - Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support, including all those who live within a housing with care environment. Lot B - Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support who have a learning disability and either lives within their own home or a supported living environment. Lot C - Adults aged over 18 and children who meet the criteria for NHS funded care (Continuing Health Care for adults and Continuing Care for Children) Lot D - Children who meet the eligibility for funded support (excluding those who sit within lot C).
