Blocks at Freeland Close, Chichester. Block 1, will contain 13no. Studio apartments. Block 2 will contain 2no. 2 bed 3 person flats (1 unit to be wheelchair accessible). Block 3 will contain 1no. 2 bed 3 person flats and 1no. 1 bed 2 person flat. Additionally the refurbishment of Westward House, Chichester which consists of the conversion of 6no. existing units into 2no. 1 bed flats and 1no. 1 bed Wheelchair (Part M Category 3) Unit.
