Concrete repairs to existing precast concrete Omnia landings and reinforced concrete roof slab. Installation of new foundations and associated specialist ground improvement works. Removal of existing defective precast concrete stair flights. Installation of new galvanised steel staircases and handrails. Installation of new galvanised structural steel framing to support landings. Application of liquid applied waterproof roof membrane coatings to flat roofs. Application of liquid applied waterproof deck membrane coatings to landing slabs. Undertaking of drainage repairs. Provision of temporary staircases to enable the works.
