## Notice

The Agreement covers the conveyance of Trust staff carrying out work on official Trust business as and when required. This will include travel both within and outside the Trust boundary. Some personnel may be required to carry medical equipment with them. CLCH is a community trust with a wide geographic area, that it anticipates will likely grow over the life of this contract, and is looking for a single provider to transport staff within the current area and any new areas. The total current value is approximately PS1.5 million but could grow to PS2.5 million.
