The Ageing Well Service will deliver a range of group and one to one wellbeing activities in order to reduce social isolation and loneliness, promote good health and wellbeing, prevent ill health, and enable people to remain independent for as long as possible. there will be presentations on the context, rationale for the new service, further details on the service specification, and an opportunity for discussions and questions.
