The services of the appointed external film production company are to produce a series of short training films (between 3 and 7 minutes in length each) to use within the House of Memories programme in Wales. We require the Production Company to produce two sets of films - one set in Welsh, and one set in English. The duration of the production period is from December 2022 to March 2023. This is a rare and valuable opportunity; we are looking for a Production Company able to operate bi-lingually in Wales. The commission is part of a multi-award winning collaboration involving premier cultural partners from Wales and the award-winning House of Memories programme from National Museums Liverpool. Additionally, it also a creative opportunity to produce high quality films that have the potential to positively change the lives of people and their families who are living with dementia. The estimated contract value in respect of this House of Memories Cymru project is approximated to range between PS25,000 and PS35,000 excluding VAT (or PS30,000 to PS42,000 including VAT). House of Memories is a flagship project which represents an integral part of National Museum Liverpool's (NML) social inclusion mission.
