Polden House is a 15 story block of flats occupied by a variety of residents. External areas consist upper and lower hard-standing car parking, garages and green spaces. Block construction circa: 1966, cavity wall, concrete roof and floors. Two type wall construction. Wall Type A is 300mm no-fines concrete externally. Wall Type B is 100mm brickwork, 64mm cavity, 203mm, no-fines concrete. Alsecco External Wall Insulation (EWI) system. Installation date of EWI: approx. 2000. 57 units. A full description of the Works to be undertaken can be found within the Scope of Works and supporting docs. Deadline for returning submissions is 29 November 12noon.
