## Notice

ONR is looking to appoint a single provider for a cycle of 360deg feedback assessments, with the possibility of a further two cycles taking place biennially. The first cycle will commence in January 2019 and the latest before the end of April 2025. Each 360deg feedback assessment would conclude with formal evaluation and feedback from the provider within four weeks of the close of each assessment. Expressions of Interest and Tenders must be submitted via the In-Tend portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hse/aspx/Home. No other means of submitting your bid is permissible unless in exceptional circumstances and with the advance agreement of HSE Procurement Unit. Additional information: Submission of tenders will only be acceptable through HSE's In-tend e-portal. Potential suppliers will be required to formally register their interest and "Opt In" to the opportunity though this portal and to complete and submit the Tender Submission Form at Schedule B.
