## Notice

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is establishing an Open Framework Agreement for the provision of Adult Skills and Family Learning Providers. The FW is open for use by LCC only. The procurement was conducted under Part 3 Regulation 74 to 76 Social and other Specific Services of the PCR 2015. This allows the Council the flexibility to build the procurement to suit its needs. The FW has been established using the open procedure, the initial and future call offs (further competitions) will be conducted with only those tenderers who have been successfully admitted to the FW. Additional information: 28 Providers have been admitted to the FW each eligible for delivery of either or a combination of all 4 Lots.
