We believe that we champion good mental health and raise awareness of health and wellbeing. However we are looking for an organisation to play a critical friend role to help us identify any gaps, further work or improvements that could be made. We are doing this to ensure we create a healthy workplace, which has an open culture, champions good mental health and results in an engaged workforce. The review would be of the health and wellbeing work of the Organisational Development Team.
