They are part of the Black Country Integrated Care System (ICS), known as Healthier Futures, working to bring health and social care services closer together for the good of our communities. The Black Country ICS is seeking to commission a partner that can offer both strategic and organisational development in an NHS care context that will work with the ICS, ICB and the greatest asset at the NHS's disposal, its people (in accordance with 'Our approach to working with people and communities' - see attached). Any OD partner should be cognisant of our commitment to work together with our people and communities and is able to support the system leaders to see the importance of this approach as we develop as an ICB/ICS.
