Potential Providers should consult with their ISV | distributor channel partner contacts for further details and advice on quoting the Police ICT VMWare ELA terms and deal specification to the Authority. Potential Providers are expected to provide, as part of their bid documentation, a copy of a supporting statement signed by an authorised representative of the ISV confirming that the Potential Provider bid meets the minimum offer terms and deal specification requirement for the Police ICT VMWare ELA, including payment plan schedule.
