For this reason, the Service Provider must be able to provide a flexible and on-demand service, with capacity to deploy T&PHMs at short notice. Some of the key responsibilities of the T&PHMs include; organising and managing taxi ranks, taxi and private hire drop off areas and pre-booked private hire pick up areas, organising taxi sharing when it has been approved and authorised by TfL and providing information about travel options an facilities/amenities the area.
