The aim of the system is to be more accessible, efficient, effective and free of bias system during the initial stages of the recruitment process for both our Wholetime and On-Call, (part-time) firefighters. The current processes for both the Wholetime and On-Call firefighters is included in the Tender document, however if as a potential supplier you believe that there is a more effective/different way of providing the service we would very interested to hear from you. The Implementation Period will start 1st August 2020, with the Recruitment Process commencing 1st September 2020.
