Including but not limited to: Building Repairs & Maintenance Drainage Mechanical AHU / Air con maintenance Electrical Asbestos Remediation Legionella risk assessment Lift Servicing Fire Alarm Servicing Security & CCTV Roofing Works Highways Road Marking Bridges Water Quality Groundworks and landscaping Sprinklers Fire Extinguishers/Fire Signage Roller Shutters and Automatic Doors Additional information: The works are suitable for SMEs
