The contract was awarded to RES Energy Services Ltd with an estimated value of £15 million, spanning a contractual period from 1st December 2025 to 30th November 2028.

This procurement presents significant business growth opportunities, particularly for firms adept in offshore platform maintenance services. Businesses that excel in troubleshooting, cost-reduction strategies, and proactive issue resolution within the renewable energy sector could find this tender beneficial for expansion. The procurement, structured to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), provides a platform for substantial engagement in the UK offshore industry, further bolstered by the scope for additional requirements to be integrated during the contract's lifespan.
