The framework will consist of 5 Lots (each with 3 operational areas) as follows: Lot 1 - Plant Hire with Operator Lot 2 - Plant Hire with Operator (including Labour Only Option) Lot 3 - 180 degree Four Wheel Drive Excavator with Operator Lot 4 - Plant Hire without Operator Lot 5 - Traffic management plant hire Orders placed off the framework will be awarded on an individual basis Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system.
