Key primary outcomes for this project will be improved mental wellbeing of the participants and/or reduced feelings of social isolation. The service will also be associated with a range of secondary outcomes, including increased uptake of health promotion activity, improved access to support and additional services, acquisition of practical skills, training or personal development, reduced risk of suicide and prevention or reduction in hospital admissions.
