Drainage Supply of Materials, Plant and labour to carry out: * The construction and removal of drainage * The renewal or recycling of filter drain material * The renewal and repair of pipes and pipe lining * The renewal of ditches, swales, ponds and any other vegetative treatment systems * The control and disposal of contaminated material * The installation, removal and renewal of flow control equipment and * The installation, removal and renewal of any other drainage ancillary items * The scope may also include rapid response Highways England may use this framework to deliver works in HE Area 13 from 2021/22. Highways England may also use this framework to deliver works in any other HE operational area as a contingent measure.
