Background to the Requirement The RAIB requires the toilets and shower/changing rooms at The Wharf in Derby to be refurbished and redesigned to accommodate the current staffing level. The project is being split into four different lots to enable a phased refurbishment, with minimal disruption to the organisation. All works are to be undertaken during normal office hours and to the agreed timescale.
