They are intended to promote their positive mental health and emotional well-being. Lot 2: Domiciliary Care Domiciliary care is a statutory service that the Council has a duty to provide and it relates to the provision of care and support to children and families in their own home (e.g. personal care, meal preparation, moving and handling etc.). Leicestershire County Council undertook a procurement process to identify and appoint service providers to deliver services under the terms and conditions set out in Short Breaks, Domiciliary Care and Early Support & Inclusion for Children with Disabilities framework (ESPO reference 3184_17) awarded in March 2017. A process to refresh the framework was included in the 2016/17 Invitation to Tender documents. The purpose of the refresh is to allow additional service providers to join the current list of approved providers.
