## Notice

The Service will provide help and support to individual residents in the North of the Cheshire East BoroughCouncil area, who have a housing related need. It will cover a wide range of activities and behaviours, including;homelessness prevention; assistancewith life skills; budgeting; maintaining tenancies; arranging repairs to enable people to remain in their own home and helping people to understand the consequences of their actions,for example, getting along withneighbours; coping with rent arrears and avoiding eviction. This Service will contribute towards the strategic objective of ensuring good emotional health and wellbeingofresidents in Cheshire East with housing related support needs. The contract will be divided in to THREE Lots and bidders may tender for one or all
