The commissioned work may have the potential for more, or all 69, High Streets HAZ schemes to participate in some way. This flagship project will be a celebratory point within the final year of this major national cultural programme. We want to commission and work with an organisation to create a new piece of outdoor art that surprises and delights people across England. It should help people create unique memories and help them feel connected to the historic environment.
