We currently provide a telecare service to both our own customers and through contract agreements, to customers of other service providers. We provide a bespoke 24/7/365 service providing an emergency response service. We are looking for an experienced consultant to help us determine future delivery options for our service to ensure we provide a value for money, professional service for our customers providing a detailed understanding of options and associated costs. If you believe this would be something you can undertake please respond to the RFP by no later than 29th January 2021 at 12pm.
