Consultancy services are used to inform borrowing decisions and to assist with obtaining sources of Finance. Consultants' technical expertise is also used to assist with the closure of accounts. The Service required is as detailed in the Service Specification (Appendix 1). The Contract duration will be for a period 1st November 2020 - 31st October 2023.
