The Council seeks offers for a winter event offer for up to a period of 6 weeks with the supply of alcohol permitted (if required) for 50 days. Premises Licence PRECAM000491 for regulated entertainment is in place. Planning Permission will be required for some activities, and the City Council can assist with the planning application process. The venue has a planning history which can be accessed online Previous event offers have included an ice rink, ice slide, Santa grotto, bar, catering, funfair, and market stalls. Tenderers are NOT expected to include all items. Tenderer offers can include new items. The Council is also keen to explore new formats and activities.
