The current arrangements are due to end on the 30th September 2019 and the Council wishes to procure a Strength and Balance Service from 1st October 2019. The Council intends to contract with a single Provider, however subcontracting arrangements, partnership arrangements and/or a consortium approach to service delivery are welcomed.
