The successful provider(s) will deliver accommodation with support which aims to increase independence skills and promote engagement with education and employment through flexible support packages. The Council will use a Light Touch procurement process to create an Open Framework, which will commence on 1 January 2019 and will be for a period of four years. Providers that fulfil the Council's selection and award criteria are able to join the Open Framework at its start date and after the start date half-yearly throughout its duration.
