NOTE: This project is time critical - the project has to be undertaken, completed and the equipment functional without any fault by the 29th February 2020, unfortunately there is no flexibility on the procurement timeline. Additional information: Please note that this project is time critical and therefore if you genuinely cannot meet the Councils procurement key timescales and deadlines that you are expected to fully observe then please do not participate and or submit a bid.
