The Council is currently investigating procurement models; this pre-market engagement exercise is to assist in the formulation of the strategy and model to be used. The heat suppliers will need the capacity to supply heat to Phase 1 of the Hull District Heat Network of 21GWh p/a with a peak load of 13MW (approx.) with the possibility to expand over future phases.
