Brief Description of Requirement The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) wishes to commission a study to explore the value and impact of research and training relevant to the circular economy that EPSRC has funded over the last 10 years. A key aspect of the study will be to quantify the economic impact of the research and training and to capture the wider impacts, including socio-environmental, scientific impacts. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
