## Notice

The Department has an on-going requirement for an ICT Disposal service in order to; - support technology refresh (e.g. laptop/tablet refresh) across the DfE estate, - enable the swift and compliant disposal of obsolete ICT equipment from the DfE estate, - enable asset tracking and accountability of public funds, - ensure Departmental data is managed and destruction is undertaken to protect confidentiality of data and comply with the PSN Code of Connection for public sector, - meet our obligations under the Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ROHS directives), - enable compliance with HMG IA Standards Policy and guides.
