The PBS service will identify a suitable individual Behaviour Support plan for each young person. The PBS service will deliver intensive support to the parents / carers and other professionals to implement the behaviour support model required for that young person, working in the variety of settings that the young person is in to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour management across those settings and the relevant family members / professionals.
