## Notice

As this is to be a Framework Agreement there is no guarantee as to the level of business, volume or spend that will result. Additional information: The Contracting Authority is using the Pro-Contract E-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process. The Pro-Contract E-tendering portal can be accessed at https://procontract.due-north.com This tender process replaces a previous publication in 2017 which was cancelled.
