These projects will include, but not be limited to: - Refurbishment of William Malcolm House, a 112 flat tower block. - Demolition of Vincent Wyles House, a 144 flat tower block - Construction of c94 new build units. Projects listed above will be delivered under separate forms of JCT Contract. The refurbishment works will be delivered under a Standard JCT Contract while the demolition and new build works will be delivered under a design and build contract. Works will be delivered between 2021 and 2025. This is a restricted procurement procedure conducted in accordance with the UK Find a Tender Service regulations.
