Income Officer x 6 Sandwell MBC are seeking to appoint 6 Income Officers Location: Based at Court House, West Bromwich Key skills required for this role: * Debt management or arrears recovery experience * Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers and customers who have complex/multiple needs * Knowledge of the legal framework for the recovery of housing related debt and good practice * Good telephone manner * Customer facing experience * Agency workers will be required to work 37 hours per week and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday is 9.00am to 5.00pm.
