The scheme commenced 1st July 2020 and is being led and administered by Hull City Council. The Service Provider(s) shall be expected to deliver high quality energy efficiency related specialist 1-2-1 advice to support SMEs in Hull. Advice shall be tailored to the individual needs of businesses.
