In recognition of the gap in training, Southwark and Lambeth's Community Education Provider Networks (CEPN) agreed to commission a 'proof of concept' multi-disciplinary training programme to support staff in the delivery of the LCN coordination care pathway. This training will focus on agreed priority staffing groups working in neighbourhoods/clusters of circa 30-50,000 registered patients, and will be evaluated before a decision to roll-out/ embed the training across LCNs is made.
