## Notice

The contractor must be especially vigilant regarding the use of tools, locking vehicles and maintaining a secure working area at all times. The contractor must be able to show experience of working in a mental health hospital environment. The works include the installation of a mechanical supply & extract system to the Electro Convulsive Therapy recovery room, the forming of openings through the first floor and the installation of inlet and extract cowls on the plantroom roof.
