CWC wish to procure a framework for the design, pre-construction services, construction and delivery of new homes and housing solutions. The 4-year Framework will comprise of 3 Lots: Lot 1 - Tasks on small infill sites of up to 3 Dwellings; Lot 2 - Tasks on infill sites from 4 up to 20 Dwellings; Lot 3 - Tasks on infill sites of over 21 Dwellings.
