## Notice

The nature of the contract is for the provision of Insurance and related services and claims handling services as required by VIVID Housing Limited. The contract will initially run for three years (or periods of insurance) commencing at midnight on 1 July 2020 VIVID Housing Limited has the option to extend the contract at VIVID Housing Limited's sole discretion for a further period of up to two years, the anticipated maximum contract award value being equivalent to 3, 4, or 5 times our annual insurance programme cost. The actual maximum contract spend is considered commercially sensitive at this stage. Full details of the award criteria and weightings to be used in stage 2 of this process will be advised to selected bidders within the ITT documentation, but our choice of the Service Provider will be made based on the basis of the most economically advantageous Tender. For reasons of Confidentiality, full Tender information will be made available only to those Bidders that are selected to proceed to the ITT Stage. We have been careful to provide sufficient details of the scope, minimum requirements and award criteria within this SQ and the Contract Notice and via the Authority's eProcurement portal to enable the bidder to decide whether to participate in this process.
