We want the research to focus on our services and explore the impact of the trusted relationships which are central to our services; however, this is not intended to be solely an evaluation of our services as we are seeking to learn more about the conditions needed to build trusted relationships, both with individual workers and the organisation. The successful applicant would need to have expertise in the field of evaluation and experience of embedded research.
