Stripping off existing, moss encrusted, stone chipping covered, built up bitumen roof coverings including polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation, formed gutters, upstands, metal cappings to perimeter parapet wall and removing redundant mechanical plant (flues, vents etc..) & electrical cabling. Installation of new Alumasc Euroroof Mastergold system on new insulation, including forming new gutters, upstands and parapet covering.
