The objective of this proposed review is; * Identify a long list of potential service areas for commercial opportunities; based on evidence provided by the Council and the Tenderer's own local authority commercial knowledge * To identify five additional areas (in addition to LTS current traded services) that have a potential to deliver the most contribution that the Council should pursue in developing a more commercial offer; identifying what income generating opportunities are for those areas. The proposed Contract will be for 4 week(s) with a possibility to extend further period if required.
