The Framework Agreement anticipated that at time of exercising the options to extend, specifications would be reviewed in light of technological advancements and market developments during the term with a view to re-open the Framework Agreement and invite new and existing suppliers to respond to a tender exercise that may award new suppliers and new products onto the Framework Agreement. Any supplier who is not currently awarded to a Framework Agreement will be required to meet specified requirements which include, and are not limited to, adhering to the equipment specification and industry standards, ability to provide product support, and financial requirements before appointment to the Framework Agreement.
