The solution is required to support both allocated and applied placements , which covers all of the University's placement activity. The successful solution(s) will be: * Flexible - able to manage different sub-processes, able to make changes, apply filters and search on high and low levels. * Adaptable - able to accommodate complex processes. * Configurable - able to adapt to meet the needs of different faculties / programmes. * Controlled - able to restrict access, manage data security, and have user management and approval workflows. * Secure - abide by the University's information security requirements, information default to private unless the audience has been defined. * Intuitive - users should easily be able to navigate around and use the system. * User friendly - the look and feel should be exciting and engaging. * Customisable - to reflect user needs. * Fit for purpose - able to meet the University's requirements. * Accessible - able to be accessed on any device with internet access. * Live - data updates should be available in real time. * Stable - able to manage lots of data and activity and users.
