The service will be structured to support Children and Young People with three tiers of provision: Universal, Targeted and Specialist. The Service will deliver a Public Health approach to address poor health outcomes of substance misuse and promotes health transitions into adulthood. The contract is for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
