Your tender should be returned no later than 12 Noon on Wednesday 20th November 2019. The "Form of Tender" must be completed, other documents to be provided with the tender are detailed within the Instruction to Tenderers. In order to properly assess the validity of the tenders, the exclusion of this information may invalidate your tender. The works comprise of the extension of the existing public conveniences to provide a steel or timber frame maintenance shed together with associated external works, turning area retaining wall and diversion to public sewer . Contractors design will be for frame and mechanical and electrical services.Contractors need to be able to undertake works to the public sewer in accordance with the requirements of Southern Water Services approved contractors.Tenderers will need to demonstrate their approval from Southern Water Services to undertake works to SWS equipment or their approved sub contractors .
