The next phase, known as Site A (141-162 Ockford Ridge) of this social housing investment is ready to be brought forward. The Council is therefore looking for a high quality design and build contractor to undertake the next stage of regeneration at Ockford Ridge which will be the development of 37 new-build, affordable living units. The development, which comprises a mixture of 1 bedroomed flats and 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed houses along with associated parking and landscaping, will have a value of around PS7 million. The tender is being ran in two stages, the selection stage (live now) is using the standard PAS 91:2013+A1:2017 selection questionnaire to pre qualify suitably experienced contractors, following which 5-7 contractors will be invited to tender stage, to go live in July/August 2018 with a view to the works commencing in January / February 2019.
